Our Cradle to Career programming provides lifelong opportunities for learning, wellness, and community engagement. From early childhood enrichment and youth development to adult education, family support, senior activities, and wellness programs, we are committed to serving individuals at every stage of life.
The Robert “Sonny” Hill Community Center (or RSHCC for short) is one of the oldest and most recognizable institutions in Middletown. The Center strives to provide a safe and fun environment where anyone from the Middletown area can meet new people, engage in recreational and athletic activities, learn about opportunities.
The CBI RISE Out of School Program is based on 21st Century Community Learning Center values and was envisioned to help students K-12 RISE to their greatest potential. Students engage in safe, diverse, and enriching academics and recreational activities.
